Crafted by the passionate hands of Nikolas Jankovich, this exclusive 2025 harvest is a harmonious blend of three distinguished cultivars: Mission Olive, Frantoio Olive, and Leccino Olive. Each olive was meticulously handpicked, capturing the unique terroir of the Karoo — where the high lime content in the soil and the region’s distinctive climate converge to create olives of exceptional character and flavor. Only 60 bottles of this exquisite oil have been produced, making it a once-in-a-lifetime treasure for connoisseurs and collectors alike. Each bottle is presented in a bespoke, handcrafted black box that amplifies its scarcity and rarity, elevating the unboxing experience to an event in itself. To complement the oil’s rich and complex profile, the set includes the Boutique Olive Grove’s imported Italian Balsamic Vinegar, renowned for its depth and balance, creating a perfect pairing that enhances the culinary journey. Priced at R1200, this exclusive box offers not just a premium product but a story of passion, place, and unparalleled craftsmanship. "Ascension" Extra Virgin Olive Oil is more than olive oil; it is an invitation to savor the essence of the Karoo’s landscape and the artistry of a boutique producer dedicated to excellence.
